Middletown Eye Care

Great customer service all the way around!! Pleasant experience with the entire staff, which is hard to come by lately. They got me in the day I called because I’m a big baby especially with my eyes. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Middletown eye care is wonderful! I was greeted with a smile and was taken back after I checked in. Everyone was warm, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Papio took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all. After my exam I was able to look at frames for my new glasses and was helped picking out new frames. I wanted to try on a Nike frame that wasn't in stock and they ordered it for me to come back and try on. Now that's wonderful customer service! I recommend them 100%. Also you are offered to take your prescription to another place to order your glasses cheaper ( a customer there was complaining about the prices). I am very pleased with my visit and looking forward to going back to try on the frames I wanted. God Bless Middletown Eye Care!

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Bjork has been seeing me for years. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and takes his time with examination and making sure that I have the best prescription for my eyeglasses.

They are always so nice and willing to help here! I’ve seen a couple of the eye doctors as well and they are all super nice and explain things incredibly!

New to the town. After 33 years in Arizona we moved here to Middletown to be close to family and retire. Our family told us about Middletown eye care and how nice and thorough they are. They did not lie. When you walk in you are immediately greeted by a smile and there undivided attention. They get you checked in a seated. I waited a whole 2mins before I was escorted back to a room and recorded all my information and what they need for the doctor when he comes in. Dr Bjork came in, he asked a few questions about my current prescription then went right to work ensuring that I walked out with a new prescription and being able to see better. The whole staff is amazing. Thank you all.

Dr.Barnes was extremely helpful and professional at explaining things through my diabetic retinopathy eye test. The staff was very courteous and attentive. I will be returning for my yearly eye exam from here out.

Absolutely wonderful Dr AND staff. If you have a neurodivergent little, this is the place to go. They were so patient and kind to me and most importantly, my kiddo. Office is beautiful as well

The office is centrally located as well as clean. The staff is welcoming. The wait was short. They were thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. The doctor spoke in plane English and listened when I spoke my concerns. The sales staff was helpful and friendly while I was looking for glasses. I recommend and there is a reason I’ve been going back for fifteen years.
