As of January 1st, 2021 both Middletown and Settlers Walk Eye Care will be open select Saturdays by appointment. Please contact our offices for more details.

All services including exams, eyeglass repairs, adjustments and dispenses will be by appointment only to accommodate proper capacity and social distancing guidelines
Masks will be required of our employees, doctors and patients
