Nathan Bjork, OD
Dr. Bjork received his undergraduate degree in Vision Science from Ferris State University. He earned his doctoral degree from the Michigan College of Optometry, where he graduated first in his class. He then completed an additional year of residency training in ocular disease at the Cincinnati Eye Institute. After completing his residency, Dr. Bjork joined Middletown Eye Care and worked in the retina clinic at the Cincinnati Eye Institute for 15 years. “I am thankful to have had the opportunity to gain the clinical skill and knowledge to manage patients with complex retinal problems. Many systemic medical problems can manifest in the retina, which is why it is the most interesting and complex part of the eye. That’s also why it has always been my passion.” Dr. Bjork is certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. He also holds clinical privileges at Atrium Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association.
